The condo fees are used to cover road maintenance, mowing of common areas, snow removal, street lights, insurance, etc. These services are NOT provided by Clayton Township nor Genesee County.
As of January 1, 2011, after you are ten days late on your quarterly payment, you will be charged a $25 penalty plus 7 percent interest on the accrued unpaid balance you owe. Each missed payment will add an additional $25 penalty. If you miss two quarters, you will receive a letter warning you that a lien will be put on your home if you do not pay your outstanding balance within ten days.
This should give you time to check your account and make your payment. However, should you not make the payment, or make no attempt to contact the Treasurer of the Association or Fromholz, Paauwe, and Baker, P.C. about your unpaid balance, a lien will be put on your home.
Our bylaws state that we can foreclose on the homes of those who do not pay their condo fees, but we are confident that the enforcement of the late charges and interest will motivate everyone to pay on a timely basis.

- January 1
- April 1
- July 1
- October 1
Late payments will result in interest and penalties.
